Avoma has been a game-changer for our organization. The AI-powered transcription and meeting summaries ensure that customer insights are captured and actionable next steps are clear for everyone. There are native integrations with Zoom, HubSpot (our current CRM), and other tools which have enhanced our workflows, making it easier to align teams and keep projects on track. Avoma has allowed our teams to focus more on strategic discussions rather than administrative tasks (such as having to ask "can someone please take notes"). We had a really easy implementation with a successful migration from our legacy tool, Gong. All of our customer intelligence was maintained and regenerated using Avoma's AI. Thus far, their customer support has been fantastic and respond to us via the chat or on Slack!

Its very easy to use. setting it up with zoom and other video calling systems is very easy. Not only does it record the conversation but it recaps and allows you to read the transcript. I use it at least 3 times a week. its a life saver!
