It would make Slack a lot better and more coherent if there were posts and comments in threads, similar to Teams, in the channels rather than just an endless stream of messages that can be hard to follow if there's a lot of interweaving conversations that may not relate to each other

My company has over 300 Deaf employees and is a Deaf run company, we communicate in English and American Sign Language. Sometimes we would like to sign rather than write and we want a option to just record video directly on the platform and send it to each other... how can we do that?
