Firstly, I am Salesforce Developer and as a user I can say that it is very powerfull and flexible platform. you can customize anything if you want some automation you can easily done this using flows and and It also connects easily with other platform like shopify and hubspot and It also provides the community to learning new things like trailhead.It makes life so much easier for Bussiness and developers. as a user what I don't like about salesforce is that it is very expensive espically for small bussiness and startups and as a developer when you are dealing with large amount do data so the reports and dashnord can run slowly and sometimes governor limit can restrict the complex operation. We use Salesforce to track all the sales pipelines and manage the accounts of multiple users. I like the fact that it has made our lives easier, and we can track everything in one place without maintaining multiple Excel sheets for many tasks. The best features I have enjoyed about Salesforce is that it allows deep customisation with its features like custom objects, workflows and automation tools like Flows and Apex. Also with Einstein AI and flow helps automate repetitive tasks improving efficiency. It is also easy to integrate smoothly with third party applications via APIs and AppExchange. I have sometimes faced performance issues as it can be very slow while using large complex datasets. Also sometimes the updates coming on Salesforce platforms adds new features and functionality which is great but they sometimes breaks the existing workflows. Another downside which our team has discussed is the licensing costs are expensive for premium features and also there is a steep learning curve and it may be sometimes overwhelming for new users due to its complexity. The most powerful features in my opinion as salesforce developer of salesforce platforms are :
1-It provides the cloud services- sales cloud, service cloud, marketing cloud, commerce cloud,community cloud.
2-Extensive custimization.
3-It supports multi-tenancy.
4-Robust Integration capabilities.
5-Robust security model.
6-Ease of use

Overall salesforce is good but there are a few things I noticed in the form of dislikes:
High subscription cost for small businesses.
Some pages are slow to load because they are cloud-based.

I like how user friendly the software can be out of the box. Even from a developer perspective, they make it easy to create your ideas and plans.
