Welcome to a boutique nail salon specialising in nail art and natural nail care. Trophy Wife was born in 2010 by Melbourne based Chelsea Bagan. What initially started as a side-hustle, turned into something really special. A nail art and beauty space that became the anti-salon salon. Relaxed and inclusive, it is a creative space that celebrates beauty and art. Why the name 'Trophy Wife'? In this instance, it is a tongue-in-cheek take on an out-dated social term we are politely taking aim at.

In this service we E-file through the top layer of your gel polish/shellac and then using 'Fingersnaps' and cotton balls, we soak off your gel gently with the help of a cuticle pusher, then finish with a nourishing cuticle oil. This service does not include a manicure. Vegan Friendly service.

BIAB – which stands for builder in a bottle – also known as builder gel is a range of strengthening gel products that are applied to the natural nail, much in the same way regular gel polishes are, but it has a thicker consistency that improves the nail's strength. This includes a colour application. Vegan Friendly.

Extra Cuticle Overhaul

Using the Nécessaire Body Exfoliator treatment uses two methods of exfoliation—chemical and physical—that work synergistically to help exfoliate, soften, and smooth skin. A gentle AHA/BHA trio (glycolic, lactic, and salicylic acid) helps to remove dead skin cells, while pumice and sustainably-sourced bamboo charcoal soften skin without irritation.
