Full Body Massage + Sauna (for women only)

Our feet hold the weight of our body and keep us grounded. Foot and knee massage helps in strengthening your feet, improves blood circulation, relaxes the whole body, and relieves fatigue and cramps. This improves joint pain, especially around the knee. 

After the massage, steam is applied to the feet. Steam is infused with Epsom salt that aids in the removal of toxins and reduces soreness and pain.

Reducing tightness and stress around the neck and shoulder, especially when many of us are constantly on mobile phones and working hours on the computer. Furthermore, the head massage is deeply relaxing and nourishing for the scalp and hair.

Ayurvedic Free Consult

The face is massaged with a special Ayurveda serum that is made locally in Melbourne. 
Helps to nourish the facial skin, improve blood circulation, and lymphatic drainage, activate marma points, and clear the sinus.

Light steam is used on the face and a special element of surprise which will be revealed during the session.

Face Massage 

The message mainly focuses on the upper and lower back using warm herbal oil and specific strokes to release tension around the neck, shoulders, and lower back. Gentle strokes along the spine calm the sympathetic nerves to induce relaxation, which helps to relieve lower and upper back pain or tension. This a great remedy for anyone with upper or lower back issues. 
Then, a quick 5-minute Steam sauna is required to help oil absorption and relax the muscle. 


Back Massage

The massage mainly focuses on your palms, fingers and wrists. It helps to reduce RSI wrist of the wrist, arthritic pain in the fingers, or joint pain due to injury or post-surgery pain and strengthens the hands and wrist.

Warm herbal oil is massaged into the hands with specific strokes, focusing on the acupressure points. A gentle steam is applied to assist in oil absorption and relaxing the muscles.

Shirodhara is a soothing treatment where warm oil is continuously poured over the forehead causing deep relaxation.

Shirodhara is found to be equated with a meditative state and helps to relieve symptoms of

6) insomnia
7) headache

This session will take up to 2 hours. 
The FRESHA system indicates 1hr 30 minutes due to a glitch. We apologize for this. 
Both Abhyanga and Shirodhara will be performed one after another. Both bodywork therapies done together are deeply healing, calming, and relaxing.

Specialized Treatment

Please note: Advisable to come for the session on a light stomach. Committed to do Reiki every month for 5 months, price is at $105. 

Reiki is gentle and non-invasive healing that focuses on sending energy to your body for optimum health.  Each session begins with a brief chat, and then you will be asked to lie on the massage bed fully clothed. A series of hand positions will be placed on or just above your body in a sequence. Unlike massage, there is no physical manipulation involved. 

You may experience heat, tingling, a pulsing sensation, or nothing at all, but the subtle healing is definitely happening where it is required. 
Benefits include

REIKI

Energy Healing

40-minute Pranayama & Meditation session includes guided meditation and one particular breath control technique. It is compulsory to do 4 sessions to reap the benefits. 

One-to-One Pranayama & Meditation (4x sessions)

This is an hour consultation that includes discussion, assessment, and recommendations. The goal here is to provide the appropriate recommendations for the client to implement and improve his/her health based on one particular issue.  

This is an option if you don't want to do an 8-week Ayurvedic Lifestyle Program. 

1-day Consultation

On day 1, an Assessment takes place to work out your basic Ayurvedic constitution and your current condition and imbalances, a discussion of your concerns and reason for your visit, and jointly exploring your health history and past treatment results. This process involves a comprehensive assessment based on Ayurveda principles. 

6-week Program - Day 1

On day 2, Planning & Recommendations – I will analyze the assessment results and offer recommendations based on your health concerns, goals, and your current condition. This is personalized to your specific needs intending to assist you in shifting from your current state of imbalance towards your optimum balance. Then together, you and I will establish a feasible program that you can implement to achieve your short-term and long-term health improvement goals. 

6-week Program - Day 2 

Final day after the 6th week – review and discuss the results and plan. Make changes if required. Aim – to follow through and maintain the plan and recommendations. Hooray, you did it!
