On entering the tranquil treatment room which is so beautiful and welcoming, I was offered a delicious drink of mint tea which was a really thoughtful touch at this cold time of year. Already my stress levels are dropping and after a long reflexology session with warm heated blanket and calming music I was sooooo relaxed. I really look forward to my monthly visits to Kirstie!

Wonderful treatments from Lucy at the Old Rectory- an amazingly effective eyelash dye and lift, with great care taken, and then a transporting reflexology and head massage - I don’t think I’ve bee that relaxed in years! Caring, super professional and wonderful surroundings - thank you!

Kirstie is so good at what she does! I felt so relaxed during my reflexology treatment and for the rest of the day!

Experiencing anxiety for the first time (going through the menopause) I had a visit with Kirstie and explained exactly how I was feeling, including lack of sleep. Two nights in a row after the session I have had a better nights sleep and feeling more relaxed. Reflexology is much more than a foot massage, it’s for body, mind and wellbeing.
