Riya is the best! I've had a lash lift, tint, threading, henna and eyelash extensions complete by her and I am 100% satisfied every time! She is fantastic at catering to the customers requirements, especially when I was starting out and didn't know much about eyebrows and lashes. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING !!! I’ve had 2 previous amazing lash techs before Ria (first one moved too far, second one got stuck overseas during covid19) and thought it wasn’t possible to get a better lash tech but I found ria and omg she is THE BEST at eyelash extensions. Wonderful experience. Tia was friendly and helpful when choosing the best length and style of lashes. She applied some lashes and then I checked the length was what I wanted. This was my first time visiting, I had lash lift and tint as well as brow threading. My eyebrows look 100% better than before (had unfortunately let my brows get out of control) my lash lift is still setting but so far looks amazing! Will be returning.

I have been seeing the team at pure eyelash for about 9 months. They all do an incredible job, best lashes I have had. So many other places I went to were not up to this standard. I highly recommend coming here, I have very sensitive eyes to touch and light and they are very understanding and accomodating. They are all lovely and I cannot fault them.

Hands down the best masseuse in Melbourne! Kumi has an absolute gift. Just incredible. I’ve had massages all over the world and nothing as good as this. Kumi’s facials and treatments are also amazing. It’s a wonderful relaxing space! Would highly recommend.

Great but the salon was not very warm .It was 1 degree in Melbourne this morning

Maia was hands down the best beautician I've ever had in my many years getting lash and brow tints! She had an incredible attention to detail in terms of safety, care and preferences for the brows, including a range of coloured dyes for people who don't want super dark brows. I didn't get a proper lash lift, but she made the effort to dry and curl my lashes up which no clinician has ever done for me before. To top it off, she's a lovely kind person, who is professional, inclusive and respectful by putting her client's preferences first. Thank you Maia!
