The deluxe facial was lovely and relaxing. I appreciated the trainees manner and relaxed attitude. She listened to my saying that my left buttock area was sore for back massage, so didn't put any pressure there. She had a lovely touch and pressure and wasnt rushed in her strokes. For the facial, she asked if I was comfortable, warm, which was good. She kept the light out of my face which I SO appreciated. I noted she was very quiet in her actions with products and movements and in/out of treatment area, and didn't bump/jolt the table as many do. Lovely young lady

Shonnie was a amazing therapist. She was very professional, pleasant, kind and friendly. She made me feel totally at ease. Asked all the right questions to deliver the perfect experience.
