I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

The massage was incredible. Maya’s hands are healing. I was in desperate need of some nurturing and stress relief. My entire back and neck were in spasm and my mind spinning. I read the reviews and honestly, she is exactly how they say. I left breathing deeply, calmly and rhythmically. I feel quietly restored and my heart at peace. We underestimate how much we carry and it’s not often we meet healers that can bring us back to centre. Thank you. I will be back for sure. I booked the 11/2hr hot oil massage. Please go.

Beautiful salon with a lovely atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The back and shoulder massage was absolutely amazing, and the hydrating facial was one of the best I've had—so relaxing and left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. I had the Brazilian lymphatic body contour massage with Nicole. It was incredible! She really knows what she’s doing and is so passionate about contouring the body. The body is her canvas :) It felt so good and relaxing! I will def go back.
