She did a great work. She did a great job. My only feedback is that if a staff member is unwell with flu-like symptoms, it would be helpful to offer masks to customers, given the close contact nature of the service and the risk of transmission. Staff member couldn’t wear the mask for obvious reasons - she was threading my eyebrow, but I could. Hers work is great though. Keep up.

This was a relaxing facial thanks, lovely facial massage technique. I was just a little surprised at the end where it finished with just a wash off of the mask and then nothing. No final cream applied. Left my face feeling somewhat bare and raw. A very abrupt ending.
