✨ I had my very first BIAB manicure session today and I couldn’t be happier! I’m a terrible nail biter, so I was really nervous going in, but she made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Felicity is very patient, super creative and really cares about her client’s nail health. My first interaction room with her has been amazing. She used her colour theory knowledge and did some beautiful nail art on my BIAB. I’m so excited to show my nails to everyone and can’t wait to work with her again.

I’ve gone to Steph twice now and have had my nails done by other multiple BIAB exclusive businesses however Steph absolutely takes the cake. She is clean, kind, funny, respectful and her attention to detail is out of this world. Steph’s space is calming and inviting and I love looking out the window while she pampers me. Cannot recommend enough.

I had such a great experience with Cara. She was incredibly gentle, detail-oriented, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. My nails turned out even better than I expected — neat, elegant, and exactly how I wanted them. The salon was clean, and the other staff were friendly as well.
