I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

Charnelle did my dermaplaning and waxing, and she was incredible and very gentle, not aggressive at all, and she explained everything step by step which made me feel at ease. I had such an amazing experience at Lash Up. From the moment I walked in, the service was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. The technician was not only professional but also brought great energy and banter, which made the whole appointment feel relaxed and fun. I got a hybrid full set, and I am honestly so impressed.
