I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

Never had so many compliments on my skin! It felt so clean and breathable when I left my Hydrafacial appointment. Charnelle is so kind and comforting and didn’t make me feel embarrassed about where my skin was at after not having a facial in ages. The lymphatic drainage also helped sculpt my face before an event & everyone was telling me my skin looked so supple and hydrated and glowy even without makeup. Also the lash lift with Nicole— AMAZING. You wake up feeling so pretty & no need for mascara. I had extensions for 7 years and don’t think I will need to go back! Thank you both xx

My treatment experience was great, however the salon appointment did not match mine (mine was 12 noon, theirs was 12:30🤦♀️). This resulted in a scurry to allocate a beautician, since I arrived too early. After the soak- off, another beautician arrived who didnt know whether I was there for a mani or a pedi. I'm disappointed by this inefficiency which marred the treatment experience. I expected a smooth, slick experience. Not sure I'll be back.

Wow! What a stunning salon. As soon as I walked in I was calm and felt ready to be pampered. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. My nail technician Amber was an absolute joy, she made me feel comfortable and taken care of. She also did such a beautiful job on my nails, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted and I left so happy with my new set. She is truly a talented beautician. It was a good first experience at Boa. I don't often get manicures and this was mine and my mom's first time having gel done. What could be a suggestion for improvement and possibly set Boa higher than the rest is a bit more warmth/inviting hospitality. I feel in most salons I have been to it is always assumed the client knows the procedure, instead of just proving to see if it is a client's first appointment ever or just with the salon itself. But otherwise it was a good experience of that I have experienced in a salon setting.
