Did the basic hair spa package. Excellent face massage - delicate and gentle felt very pampered. Hair wash could be improved with a little more care to avoid splashage. Consultant did not check with me for temperature which was only a little bit too warm once. Atmosphere was lovely with relaxing ambient music which was sadly interrupted by a Vietnamese podcast. Perhaps could adopt to a more holistic quiet and zen journey next time I would give five stars.

I love it everytime I come here and I always feel like I am looked after. I have quite sensitive eyes and it’s been hard for me to find a lash place that doesnt make me feel uncomfortable but I’ve had 3 of the girls so far and each have been so lovely! Today Emma really helped in giving advice on my oily eye lids and how it can effect my lashes. She’s so sweet and also made the experience very easy.
