Brought my mum along for a spa day. Both of us had the detox & hydrate facial, and the aromatherapie pedicure. Facial was really relaxing and professionally done. My favourite part of it was the massages! Pedicure was done very skilfully as well. The pedicurist was very gentle and careful, while ensuring a high quality feet treatment. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to give themselves a treat!

Exceptional service & styling expertise. I had an amazing experience with this hairstylist Nave Not only was Nave being extremely courteous and professional, but hairstyling skills was good —Nave styled and gave my hair incredible volume and exactly the look I wanted. Additionally, Nave recommended a scalp treatment, and I’m so glad I took advice—my scalp feels fresher and cleaner than ever!

Absolutely a great service from my most favourite hairstylist, Lana ❤️ Her hair colouring skills is really top-notch! Found them on Google~ Whole experience was awesome. Yazumi was very patient and really took his time & effort to make my hair look awesome! He really took into account on the shape of the person's face/head before cutting your hair, so that you will look great. Will definitely recommend others to give Rich & Ridge Hair Gallery a try. They are indeed a hidden gem in Queenstown. Looking forward to my next appointment. 👍👍👍
