First visit to MUSUBI and it truly exceeded my expectations. I came in with flat hair and uneven broken layers and Director Takuya completely transformed it he kept my length while creating seamless connected layers added volume and made my hair feel light and healthy again. The team was warm and attentive throughout Carmen and Harper were amazing and I appreciated the no hard selling when I added a treatment last minute. Takuya also gave personalised practical styling tips I can follow daily. I left feeling much more confident and genuinely happy with the results and will definitely return.

Though i had only come to Salon5 for haircut by Marc two times during my 3-month short stay in Singapore, Marc was professional/skilled and did a great job. I did ave a great experience here and learned some useful tips for hair styling. Marc and the gentleman at reception desk (sorry for forgetting to ask his name) were very friendly, so I believe everyone will also enjoy the relaxing atmosphere in Salon5 a lot. If I have the opportunity to stay in Singapore in future, will come to visit Salon5 again.

im korean. As a Korean, I’ve been to many nail salons and luxury aesthetics places, but this is one of the best experiences I’ve had in Singapore. Very professional, systematic, detailed, and efficient. When doing two treatments, two therapists work together so the time is used very efficiently. I’m actually a very picky person, but the quality and retention were so good that I signed a package after just one session. Highly recommend 🤍 Also… the restroom is very clean 😂 Looking forward to trying more treatments here!

Happy with my haircut experience with Jason! His attention to detail is impressive—my hair color is always perfect, and I don’t even need to say much because he just gets it. The cut itself is always precise and exactly what I envision, giving me a fresh new look every time. I really appreciate how Jason personally handles every step of the process; it makes the whole experience feel special and tailored. Silver has been my stylist for more than 10 years. That speaks volume of how much I trust her with my hair. From long wavy manes to short pixie, she never fails to assure me on my decision-making, be it hair color or style. A quiet personality yet friendly and always smiling, she is very patient and a good listener. She will listen to what you want to do with your hair and gives her opinions when it's due. She is not your typical in-your-face kind of stylist that will 'force' you on styles or treatments that you do not need. Because of these, she earns new clients from my family and friends.

Another wonderful experience with Musubi team :) 3rd visit and this time with Takuya san, Prithi, & Toto attended to my request of cut & highlights. Shared with Takuya san on the request for the cut & for the highlights, i let him decide as i wanted a wow surprise…. They worked meticulously & efficiently… all the while I contained my excitement… after a little more than 2 hours, i saw the transformation… i loved what i saw… amazing work and the highlights was beige base with ash. Really made my day! Voluminous, manageable style. No regrets & will be my go to salon as long as the team remain.

I arrived at the salon on Sunday, drenched due to a heavy downpour. I was immediately offered a hot drink, a towel and (to my slight embarrassment) 2 persons proceeded to blow dry my shirt so that I would not catch a cold. The service at Salon5 goes beyond what is expected and hoped for. While the weather may disappoint you from time to time, Salon5 will not! Very grateful for the attention to detail and for treating each customer as a valued friend.

She showed so much care throughout the service, striking a perfect balance between listening to what I wanted and offering professional advice. I especially appreciated how she checked in periodically for additional input and ensured I was happy with the length and style. The result turned out even better than I envisioned.
