Got a beautiful set of nails! The nail technician was a bit withdrawn and perhaps slightly unfriendly. I understand everyone has bad days but this seems to be a common theme with your nail technicians at all branches it seems…..as I go to different locations everytime, (CBD, Claremont, Rondebosch and now Observatory). My pedicure was amazing !!! My first experience at BOA , the Rondebosch store is conviently located with easy access and ample parking, the store itself was clean and comfortable with friendly staff from when I walked in. Thank you Semsa the treatment was lovely. To top everything the prices are so affordable, I will definately be going back.
