Zinhle is honestly just amazing. I've had plenty sport therapy massages and she has arguably been the best ever. Asked great questions and worked on exactly what I referred to. Felt great afterwards.

Friendly staff, nice facilities, massage was a bit intese - you need to request for lighter pressure if your body is not used to super hard pressure. Pillow used was smelly. I think it needs cleaning every after use.

My appointment today was with Khulani and she did a brilliant job. Both the Sports Massage Therapists at Reflex are amazing! I have been with Zinhle also for years. You really can entrust your injuries and pain into very competent hands with both of these amazing ladies! 🤗

Very relaxing and effective massage. The massage therapist was friendly and very accommodating. I must say there was a lot of staff dealing with internal issues out loudly at the desk on multiple occasions. I would just advise the heat of the job to be dealt with away from clients so we dont feel that energy. But overall we see the hard work and we love it!
