Sreylak pays attention to detail, she made me feel so comfortable and was very welcoming, I was blown away with how my hair turned out, she done an amazing job with how my hair was before walking into the salon and I walked out a brand new woman!!! Thanks a bunch <3

Great value for money, AWESOME massage from Dammi only thing i could is that i washed my hair the night before so I asked to only do treatment with no shampoo but alas I recieved a thorough shampoo before I realised which I'd say is why my hair feels quite dry now which is a shame as i love the cut and blowdry he provided me. Not too annoyed as it is only temporary (I hope!!). Overall pretty happy and will return only i will ensure i am in need of a wash 🤭.

My appointment time was my the only fault at the Salon, I booked & confirmed online at 12pm but when I arrived, I was told my appointment was at 12.45pm. Amila was my hair stylist & he did apologize & did get to me at 12.30pm. Apart from that, my overall experience was amazing. Amila was so professional & made me feel comfortable & always discussed & made sure I was ok step by step. I loved my haircut & hairstyle. Amila did a great job & would highly recommend him to anyone who's looking at going to Kess Royal Oak for a hair appointment😊🙌
