I shared my concerns about shampoo and conditioner that was recommended to me last visit, which I bought in good faith that it would be right for my hair type. It wasn’t and Lea agreed. I also mentioned I wasn’t due for a haircut but came back in to explain that it wasn’t difficult to style which I believe is because of not getting right last time. Although Lea happily washed it and cut it again I was still charged full price and left empty handed as far as shampoo and conditioner went.

I am so happy with my lash lift! I have very short lashes and have not had a lash lift before, but Byron did an absolutely amazing job! Byron's studio is warm and welcoming, and you instantly know that you are in capable hands. Byron is professional, knowledgable, friendly, and honest. I would definitely recommend House of Glamour, and I certainly know that I will be a returning customer.
