Konstantin is very knowledgeable and he works with different strokes depending on the needs of my body from each visit. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a proper body reset rather than your regular massages !

Amira. Makes. Glasgow! I have functional scoliosis and normally I’m pretty concerned about this when getting a massage of any kind. This doesn’t even occur to me with Amira. The myofascial release had perfect pressure, nothing is uncomfortable even when I expect it to be and breath is part of it all. Next day its restored movement to my joints, no pain. It also completely eradicated a migraine. Never happened before! Because consent is so emphasised throughout and you are asked to communicate during the treatment the results go much deeper and become incredibly therapeutic somatically. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Blissed out. Over the moon with this experience! Amira has a way of moving with you which is to me altogether new and such a blessing in disguise. Will undoubtably be back as often as I can be, even got sound advice that is ringing through everything now and reminding me where my feet are. Never had a massage where I didn’t flinch at some point and I was informed about every step. Had an intra oral massage and I could barely tell it was actually inside my mouth. Nothing was awkward at any point and I literally have never been so present for a treatment before. 100/10.

I had an incredible experience with Andrew that I just have to share! After months of hitting the gym hard, I booked a Deep Tissue massage to work out the kinks in my muscles, and let me tell you, Andrew truly delivered! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calming and inviting! The massage itself was pure bliss; Andrew’s skill and technique worked wonders, melting away all my tension. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and I can't recommend him enough - I’ll be booking again! Huge thanks Andrew for working your magic!

Had a really great therapeutic massage here tonight with Caroline.From the moment I stepped in the door I felt calm instantly.The room is so beautiful and smelled amazing! Caroline is such a beautiful soul,calming me instantly from a very stressful day. Great first experience. I went for my first lymphatic drainage massage and can't wait to go back. Very welcoming and friendly. I was put at ease straight away and the massage was very relaxing.

I had a back neck & shoulder massage , lymphatic facial and reiki today with Michelle. I was so relaxed the treatments were amazing and Michelle was so professional she talked me through everything she was doing and really worked the knots out my back. I left feeling less sore and certainly more relaxed. I stay an hour away but I have booked my next appointment.

Another beautiful visit, this time I had the sculpt facial followed by a head massage... Already looking forward to my next appointment!

Emma is the best at massage! Having been a therapist myself I can be very fussy about massage but always have the best treatment with Emma. I recently had a pregnancy massage and have since booked in for another! Can not recommend enough 😊
