I had a phenomenal experience at Chateaux La Chic! Stephanie did an absolutely amazing job with my hair, it’s flawless! She was incredibly hospitable, attentive and caring throughout the entire process, making me feel completely at ease. I absolutely loved the attention to detail and her warm, welcoming personality. The best massage I’ve ever received. The staff is SO PROFESSIONAL, they make you feel so comfortable and they make sure you are covered at all times and appropriately! Which is a huge thing for me. Their location is clean and well-maintained. They are so friendly and accommodating. I’d recommend this place 100000x if I could.

the lady was hygienic, she completed the before care before waxing, the waxing itself was completed in 20-25mins, and the after care was also on point.

I really love how professional snd knowledgeable Karla was! I felt gorgeous afterwards 101/10 would recommend

Did a sugaring with Andi and it was nothing like my first experience with another spa. It was not painful and even faster than a regular waxing. Would definitely recommend sugaring over waxing now.

Stephanie is amazing! She's very professional and she made me feel comfortable. So comfortable I fell asleep during my service 😂. The salon was clean and my particular service didn't take too long at all. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will definitely book again in the near future.

Andi makes me feel very comfortable whenever I go to get anything done. Always want to be a perfectionist when it comes to waxing which leads to pain (lol) but clean and perfect finish. Highly recommended.
