Helena is a clear communicator and is transparent and honest about the procedure. She is also a good story teller and has a good sense of humour. This kept me distracted from the pain throughout the tattoo removal. I felt I was in caring and capable hands. Would definitely recommend!

Had my second appointment today for laser tattoo removal and it was a great experience. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. I would highly recommend as this is not your average walk in walk out clinic where you feel rushed and your treated like a number. Helena is extremely caring and personable. She provides a wonderful, professional service at a reasonable price. I've been treated in several other clinics for laser and not had pleasant experiences, not to mention the exorbitant cost..... Keep up the good work Helena!

Very nice experience Beautiful scalp massage. Hair feels super clean and beautiful afterwards. Just found the relaxing music stopped after 10 minutes and it got a bit noisy in the room with chatter and equipment making strange noises. Over all it was lovely. 🥰

This is my second treatment from helena she really is good at her job and how to keep people calm while getting the tattoos removed i know the process takes awhile but i have noticed a big change in the shading of my tattoo that was really dark before is now looking faded so im happy with the 2 treatments so far.

A lovely bedside manner! My experience with Helena is always positive and as a bonus I come away with plenty of info about the tattoo process and what to expect in subsequent visits.
