Fantastic massage session. I didn't realise how much my shoulder was messed up. Don't get me wrong, the pain was real, but no pain no gain. Today Rachael did a reiki healing massage and it honestly felt that amazing I went into a deep trance or sleep lol I've come home I don't feel no pain in my back (which normally I'm in agnosing pain daily) I feel so refreshed and relaxed my body feels so much calmer I haven't met anyone else who does massage so good and she's very talented at everything she does she tackles all pain areas and helps so much giving you relief from the pain 🫶

I can't recommend Rac at Origin. Holistic Therapies enough I've had so much tension and pain building up so bad it's been crippling me everyday 🥺 but every time I see her she seriously works some magic already my back feels some relief it's nice to feel relaxed for a change 😅 can't wait to book in for my next session 🫶✨️
