I had my first hot stones massage since surgery on my shoulder and elbow and it was a great expereince. I was slightly apprehensive given all the issues I have had but Shabana put me totally at ease, and adjusted the pressure as required in that area. My shoulders feel better than they have in months following this treatment. Safe to say I will be booking in again

Honestly can’t rate SP physiotherapy or Steph highly enough. Always there to sort out my aches and pains with treatment and massage. Kelly is such a lovely person and goes out her way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I've had lots of treatments and they are honestly fantastic. I like deep pressure applied for massage and as always this is provided however if I'm just booking for relaxing massage again this is what Kelly does it's very person centred.
