Been coming here for around two and a half years with Mellissa doing my hair. I am so lucky to have found her as she has transformed my hair. I consider her my friend as well as my hairdresser. Please consider employing Gracie as an apprentice in the salon, she is a beautiful young lady with an effortless and friendly nature who interacts lovely with the clients and staff and is also works hard. And of course lovely Rihanna. This salon is a credit to Norwich. The staff are amazing and so many people go out looking lovely including me😊

Always love going to my appointments with Ruby as i have so much confidence in her she is going to make my hair look amazing and today she did i’ve had multiple compliments at work and on social media and am extremely grateful to have her do my hair, would recommend her to anyone

Washing was thorough and relaxing, washing and straightening and hair trim was completed all within 2 hours on type 3c/4a texture long hair, really precise and amazing results. hair trim very minimal but left my hair feeling a lot healthier. Thank you for a lovely appointment, I will definitely be back :)

I came to Ruby , hoping and praying for a better result, after so many years of getting it wrong by other hairdressers. My hair has never looked so good, and is now in such good condition. With Mellissa and as always makes me feel so welcome and so special as she works her magic on my hair. The salon has such a friendly and warm atmosphere I always feel like I am with my friends. Mellissa, Gracie and Rhianna are truly lovely people. I had just had a break up and felt rubbish when I went in but these three lovely ladies cheered me up and Mellissa made me feel lovely with my hair. Thanks to all at Cut Loose. See you in February x
