The Weekday Serenity Retreat package was outstanding. The steam room and pool were a great start and the massage and facial were both fantastic. The staff were very welcoming, professional and highly skilled. I highly recommend this spa.

I got the Couples Sublime package for me and my partner’s anniversary, and it was one of the best experiences we’ve had. We really enjoyed the foot spa and the full body massage. The jacuzzi was a little bit dirty as we saw a few hairs here and there come up once it was turned on. However the beauty therapists we had were super kind, respectful and experienced which made the whole session amazing overall. We’d definitely come back again sometime :)

I chose a 3.5 hour package, and it was incredible! Every detail was thought of and I totally drifted away for and amazing afternoon... My best friend and I really enjoyed our 2.5 hour package for two at IOMI Spa this weekend. The fully body massage and organic body treatment was truly divine and left me feeling blissed out afterwards! Both the Beauty Therapists and IOMI Reception Staff were all a pleasure to deal with - personable, friendly and warm. Just the way we like! :) Lastly, we would like to send a special thank you to our therapists for their exceptional work, especially the massages! (It's hard to find decent Massages Therapists). I booked a package for the first time, but def planning to try other treatments! I had the Izumi Urban Escape with Yu and it was just amazing. it included the Shiatsu massage, foot Reflexology and foot spa. My favorite was the reflexology. The staff were polite and attentive. I felt very comfortable and loved the experience!

Wonderful, though needs to be more clear that a hot stone massage is an option for this package please, luckily Rue was not on an amazing masseuse but very apt at identifying what I wanted. Definitely will rebook with (with her) when I'm in melbourne again.

Everything was top notch. I had the 'A Gracious Glow' spa package. After a 1.5hr massage and a 1hr body scrub, I felt so relaxed. Nikki had a great technique and was entirely professional start to end. Can 10/10 recommend. The girl on the desk was really sweet and friendly too.

My husband and I chose the couples signature package. We both enjoyed the full body message. I had the facial which was really nice and left my skin looking glowing. My husband had the body treatment and he enjoyed it immensely. The foot spay was very relaxing. Highly recommended this place. We both left feeling very relaxed and impressed with all our treatments.

A beautiful spa experience. I went for the rest well package which was so relaxing, the foot massage/spa was great, the whole body massage was excellent and the facial was refreshing. My partner also had a massage here and said it was the best massage he has had for a long time! Would definitely recommend!

I was given a head spa for mothers day. Vanessa was wonderful. So calming and relaxing. The facial was a surprise l didn't realize that was included with a hydrating cologen mask too. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Monique was fantastic. She created a safe and relaxing space for my facial.

The service was fantastic. We had the couples package, foot spa, massage, facial, and we had professional service with multiple people who specialised in their field. We would highly recommend Izumi Japanese Massage.

11/10 - Incredibly relaxing. Professional service. This was my second visit, and I’ll continue to use IOMI Spa at the Sheraton Hotel.

The head spa treatment by Monique was the BEST I have ever had! So relaxing!
