Carolina is amazing in what she does with the skin care treatments and products! Brenda is wonderful! She was honest and transparent about what it will take to get my skin to where it needs to be. She’s also personable and it’s clear she’s great at what she does. I had booked in for a treatment that Brenda advised me against as it wasn’t necessary to get the results I want which I appreciated as it shows that she cares and wants the best for her clients. I had my first facial and lash lift with Carolyn. It was such a relaxing experience, I think I fell asleep for most of the session 😆. We even discussed through the products I currently use for my skincare and she gave helpful advices on what works well or not for my skin. I had tightening and hydrodermabrasion done, and I could already see a difference just from this first treatment. Such a lovely experience with Said. A genuine, knowledgeable therapist who gave me lots of advice regarding my skin concerns without being pushy. He gave me a complimentary express facial and some samples to try. I already cant wait to go back and work with Said to get the results i want for my skin :)

I recently had a head spa service, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The treatment offered a wide range of massage techniques, along with a refreshing mini facial that left my skin feeling amazing. Not to mention, the treatment worked wonders on my scalp, leaving it nourished and detoxified, removing any buildup. To top it off, a relaxing mini foot massage and a lovely cup of tea concluded the session perfectly.

Always a treat to see Sarah. Not only is she the GOAT at getting my skin in tip-top shape, she’s also just a joy to be around and have a chat to whilst she’s working her magic.

The treatment itself was very good, but the whole thing wasn't right for me. As the room is open at the top, you can hear everything, whether from reception or the treatment room next door, where the customer was loudly and non-stop on the phone. That is an absolute NO GO in a place like this. But as I said, the treatment itself and my skin afterwards was GOOD!

I had a really good experience today! I opted for the soothing and calming treatment which was extremely relaxing and could feel an immediate impact on my skin!

The staff were so lovely and I had a very relaxing facial that left my skin glowing as well as some delicious teas 🫖 ✨I also received such helpful tips for my own skincare routine and would 10/10 recommend 😊
