Stacey was amazing. I booked an appointment for my elderly friend for today. I had to cancel at the last minute due to a circumstance out of my control. Stacey re-booked the appt for later in the day. She was so very kind to my friend with her haircut and gave her a wonderful cut with shampoo to her liking as well. Definitely recommend this salon and will go back again. Thank you Stacey for lovely customer service. :)

Kiya was great, very friendly and accommodating (I brought along my one month old bub). She also asked follow up questions to check we were on the same page with what I wanted, and checked in to make sure I was liking it. I'm so happy with my hair, it's just the refresh I was hoping for! Would definitely recommend!

Mariana was tactful and good humoured when I turned up after my 3yo aspiring hairdresser decided to hack at her own hair with a pair of scissors. The lopsided bob was transformed into a super cute pixie cut and we all left feeling much better. I thought Mariana did a great job of making sure 3yo didn't feel embarrassed but also knew to have mum call the hairdresser next time.
