The 82nd Golden Globes kicked-off the high-wattage awards season that will keep us engaged until it will finally come to a close with the Oscars. For the first major event of 2025, the style we witnessed on the red carpet was lukewarm. The looks, while not bad, felt safe, and by extension, restrictive. Interestingly, it was the older lot – Naomi Watts (56), Nicole Kidman (57), Micelle Yeoh (62), Demi Moore (62) and Allison Janney (65) – who brought the best style game to the otherwise constrictive red carpet, proving, once again, that age and fashion are mutually exclusive.
