    Purpose

    The Do Some Method is a particular mindset, a way of thinking. You can put on this way of thinking kind of like a helmet.  It gets you out of a bogged down state while helping you build momentum.  Just do some. And stop.  Keep it in the realm of some.  As soon as you sense strain, then stop.  Then go Do Some of something else. 

    Doing Some is a dynamic, real time, in the moment, intuitive thing.  It’s not a little it’s some.  It’s not measured in exact units (although the Some of what you do when you Do Some should be quantifiable after you do that Some so that you actually did something... But we're not trying to force ourselves to do a specific amount, yet we are looking to do Something specific). 

    The Some duration is measured in energy, energy of the moment. It is felt. It is energy management. And energy management deals with cycles.  You Do Some and when your energy or focus starts to dip you stop.  Let the energy cycle back.  Let a craving to do some more build.  I’ll explain this more below.  If you need any extra clarity on this ultra powerful method after reading the book, contact us from one of the websites that you see at the end of this book.

    Additionally, Do Some means you are actually doing something, a definite thing, you are doing something specifically.  You are doing things that bring results.  It’s not sitting there thinking or thinking about doing something. 

    Do Some is a word grouping that is intuitive to most people.  The quantity of the some doesn’t matter.  It could be a tiny amount.  And at first, when you start the Do Some process for the tay, a task, a project or if you’re just getting started with the concept of Do Some then usually, the smaller the better, just as long as you are doing something that can be quantified as an actual amount of work output.

    Doing Some can slow you down to get in sync with yourself so that you may begin to make much more progress and make that progress faster.

    The Do Some Method can get you into a momentum roll that can accomplish great feats in relatively short amounts of time.  You just need to master the Do Some so you don’t press, so you don’t force, so you don’t work out of fear, worry or panic, so you do try to work out from your will power which is weak, so you don’t try to work from your low grade conscious mind which is puny and can’t handle much.

    The Do Some Method can bring you a massive confidence upgrade the more you do it.

    The Do Some Method can quickly start to make you a happier person who operates in the realm of good feeling vibes.  As this happens, you will start attract success from all angles of life.

    The Do Some Method will start elevating your intelligence to the point where others may start calling you smart or even genius upon your further mastery of The Do Some Method

    Doing this works wonders.  It builds up a happiness state. Don’t you want to be happy?  If so, then keep all you do in the Do Some zone. 

    Additionally, the Do Some Method is a specific strategy to get the ball rolling to get you on a roll of productivity, to get you in a groove.  It works quite well.  The long erm value here is for you to practice and master the Do Some Method so you can use it as a tool, to turn it on whenever you want.

    I tend to overload myself with new projects, new goals, new challenges to conquer and sometimes it just gets a bit too much.  Therefore, I ended up creating this Do Some Method concept.  The concept may sound like an like an obvious thing but the mindstate concept of putting on a Do Some mindstate as a strategic tool while keeping your Do Somes in a happy, good energy state, maybe isn’t so obvious.  The psychology of Do Some is perfect providing harmonious synchronization between the minds and body to induce running on triggered, inspiration, even to the point of craving, as opposed to using force, with will power, and will power so quickly fizzles.

    Mastering getting on a Do Some momentum roll while keeping it rolling takes some practice.  Yet, you should be able to pick up on this method pretty quickly the more you apply it.  Being able to get on rolls with Do Some Method is valuable skill especially if you get it to the point where you can use it on command, whenever you need it.  And the greatest power of The Do Some Method will be harnessed when you turn the doing of this method into a habit which by doing so can increase your overall success and your productivity, all while helping make you a happy, positive person that others will want to be around.
