Having a difficult conversation with someone you love is not an easy task. I’m sure like most couples, you and your partner have encountered many situations that you wanted to discuss with one another but felt unsure about how you should approach the matter.
There will always be times when you will have to have a difficult conversation with your partner that may cause some kind of tension or anxiety that will often make it difficult to follow through and finish the conversation. One of you may shut down, become upset, or feel inclined to change the topic to avoid an argument. You are not alone.
