About this ebook

Want to learn anything faster? Skills, sports, academic studies, and more? Most people spend their whole life using the same inefficient and ineffective techniques to study, memorize, train, and practice. As a result, their lives are filled with unsatisfactory mediocre results. Unfortunately, they never invest a small amount of time 'learning how to learn' - which should always be the very first step.

The practice of neuroscience has taught us a lot about our brain from a biological and chemical perspective; while the practice of cognitive science has taught us a lot about how our brain handles learning, memorizing, and focusing our attention to perform tasks to the best of our ability.

What good is investing time and effort to study and learn something new if you forget over half of it only two weeks later? That's a complete waste of your precious time. You need to maximize your return on your investment of time and effort.

If you're competing to reach the very top levels of success, forget about simply keeping up with your competition. To get ahead and win, you must learn faster, remember what you've studied, and effectively apply what you've learned. People who learn faster - and better apply their knowledge - have significant advantages in all areas of life.

Even if you're not aggressively competing to reach the very top levels of success, learning faster and more efficiently means you'll spend less time studying, learning, training, and practicing. So, you'll have more free time to spend with family and friends and pursue hobbies and leisure activities. You'll have more free time to greatly improve your quality of life. Depending on what you're learning, you might also obtain significantly more money, power, and fame to further increase your quality of life. Discover proven ways to learn faster, remember more, and effectively apply what you've learned for the rest of your life.

    Learn Faster and Remember Everything

Some people might want to learn how to dance to impress others. Other people might want to go to university — to learn new things — to earn more money — to buy nice stuff — to impress others. Why do people want to learn new things to impress others?

    To get laid.

Honestly, that probably describes 90% of learning — with a 10% margin of error.

So, we’re going to make that happen for you by teaching you how to learn more in less time and remember everything you learn.

We’re not quite at the point yet where we can learn Kung-Fu by plugging into the Matrix. Apparently, we can’t even make a microwave that evenly reheats leftover Chinese food. Hangover breakfast is piping hot on the edges and ice cold in the middle — not exactly a succulent Chinese meal.

Until people can plug in their brains to learn something new, learning is going to take time and effort. So, in the interest of allowing people to use their valuable and limited time on Earth most efficiently and most effectively, we’re going to discuss the scientifically proven fastest and easiest ways to learn new things, and how to actually remember everything you’ve learned. That will save people a lot of time, so they can have more free time in their life to vegetate on the couch, mindlessly binge watch Netflix, scroll through social media feeds, and browse online dating apps without messaging anyone.

As you can see, it’s very important to have people learning faster so they don’t waste their limited time on Earth on bullshit like learning valuable life skills.

The tools, techniques, tips, tricks, and other T-words in this book will teach you the fastest and easiest ways to learn something new. Anything new. Whether that’s a new skill, a new sport, a new hobby, or simply studying for university so you don’t have to make your life’s work flipping burgers and pounding French fries into grease.

Doctors get more dates than burger flippers. But, rockstars do even better yet. So, you might want to skip med school and learn how to play the guitar.

In the interest of me having to type as little as possible, instead of writing, ‘the person who wants to learn something,’ over and over again, we’ll just call them ‘the student.’ So, we’ll be saying ‘student’ no matter whether they’re actually a student at a university or just learning how to cook from Walter White. But, while learning something new, feel free to party hard, binge drink, and hook up with randoms as if you were, in fact, currently a college student. Why would you want to bother learning something new if you couldn’t do that? So, if you’re trying to learn how to build an empire, don’t get offended if you see yourself referred to as ‘the student’ in this fine book. That’s just how it’s going to be. It’s my book; I can do whatever the fuck I want.

First, we have a few very short chapters to lay the foundation. These short chapters are crucial to your success, so don’t skip ahead. This whole book is only going to be one hour. You can handle it. Then, we’ll get into many quick and easy tips and tricks you can use while studying, learning, practicing, memorizing, and rehearsing. Those tips and tricks will help you learn faster, reach a higher skill level faster, and remember everything you’ve learned.

So, let’s get right into it.

Remember More by Learning the Same Information Using Different Regions of Your Brain

When you learn the same thing multiple different ways, you’ll use more separate regions of your brain to process and store the information. This creates more connections in your brain for the new information or skill you’re learning, which makes it easier to remember.

So, how do you use different regions of your brain? You know how to differentiate between kicking ass with your right leg or your left leg, but how do you learn something using a different region of your brain?
