Important Note
T he Great Methods for Effective Learning is a book that helps you exceed, succeed, and study using play, fun, and excitement. However, it does not guarantee your success and excellence in any way. That depends on you and your education, comprehension, understanding of information, and application. Therefore, any use of the information in this book by you as a learner, student, or reader is your own responsibility.
Introduction
I n this era of speed, Internet, and e-learning, students are racing against the clock to find the best way to learn and study. Always we find students trying to discover the best and most successful ways to achieve excellence and academic success.
In my previous book, Techniques for Learning Happily, I shared a fun new way to study. The game was my innovation and creation; I tested it on hundreds of students, and it has achieved astonishing success. You can go back to that book to take advantage of the very important information there which can help students achieve excellence and success.
In this book, which I consider a complement to the first book, I reveal all the secrets of the basic educational skills that help students achieve excellence and success in studying. The great feature of this book – which differentiates it from any other educational book or program in the world – is that it contains a distinctive, revolutionary educational game which is good for learning, studying, success, and excellence. The strength of this way of learning was previously unknown. I have achieved amazing results with this most fantastic experiment. Over and over again, with myself and my students, it has proven a matchless success.
I have tested this game with students in the Kuwait Science Club, and they have proved its success in practice and application. Students can start with 45 questions and work up to 180 questions and even more taken from textbooks and the Internet. The game prepares and equips students for exams amazingly well.
When I used my games with a group of lazy students who had no desire to study and faced many dilemmas, I noticed that they responded with enthusiasm. When I gave them an exam after they played, their ability to show what they learned was high. They scored 90 per cent even though it was the first time they had seen the information presented to them during the experiment. In addition, they felt joy, happiness, entertainment, and a desire to learn. That is what makes my educational program distinctive.
Problems with learning and scientific understanding are global and not limited to any one country. In all countries, educational institutions suffer from students growing bored with studying. I put my invention and creativity into this distinctive game to enable students to achieve successful results and a stronger desire to study with joy and fun. I emphasize as the author of this book and the inventor of this revolutionary game that applying this game correctly – using questions the student needs to study for exams – will achieve impressive results and help the student retrieve information easily, very quickly, and surprising well.
The first chapter explains the skills students need to increase their enthusiasm and self-development, as well as the difference between university and secondary school. The second chapter shows how students can program their mental abilities positively to get rid of negative programming, and how to benefit from that to achieve academic success and excellence. Prayer, supplication, and getting closer to God to achieve excellence and success are also discussed. The third chapter focuses on the skills of preparing to study and how to pay attention at home, including the study
