INTRODUCTION
Rage is a normal emotion that, while we do not express the true sense of how we feel, we use as a coping strategy. Almost always, it is the secondary feeling we feel. It is typically because of the main emotion that they have not spent the time to recognize when people tend to feel enraged. Let's take a look at the case of the man who in 2009 flew his private jet into the IRS site. There were several precipitating factors that led to the occurrence of that incident.
He was on a guaranteed salary, and then the IRS came and cleaned out his saving account because he'd owed them cash. The guy was unable to help his family. That guy has every right to get mad. It was nevertheless mismanaged. He felt multiple key thoughts, such as inadequacy, hopelessness, fear, defensiveness, and anxiety. If, before hitting the point of anger, he had the abilities and coping skills to cope with these feelings, he will certainly still be alive today.
Rage is a basic emotion that is encountered from time to time by all. At a very early age, by modeling the angry actions they see around them, and by exhibiting angry behavior and seeing what they can get away with, individuals learn to demonstrate frustration. Since many cultures have an awkward association with the display of anger, many people are taught to feel that voicing anger openly is inappropriate, that it must not be tolerated, that it is often harmful. These individuals learn to distrust frustration, to bottle it up and ignore it, to convey it only in subtle ways, or to use it as a tool.
