"Define IT Processes" is one of the activities of the Manage Information Technology
Process, which is a strategic management process that is constituted in the GEM-ICT (A Guide to the Effective Management of Information, Communications & Technology) Standard. The GEM-ICT Standard is defined with an intention of providing guidance on how to effectively lead, manage, operate, transform and support ICT
