I wrote this guide to help ordinary people without prior bodybuilding experience realize that achieving sizable arms using natural techniques is indeed possible. This guide was created from an interview and designed to show you my personal experience growing my arm muscles naturally - not how to get vascular and ripped like a competition bodybuilder. Does the all-natural route take longer and involve more work? Absolutely. If you are looking for a quick way to get massive arm muscles without hard work, there are plenty of underground
sources for obtaining those kinds of substances. However, this guide is not about shortcuts, but rather how you can naturally build larger biceps and triceps that you can actually be proud of for years to come.
Why should you listen to me about building bigger arms? Because I have been lifting weights for 15 years, since I was in high school. In those 15 years, I have naturally built 18-inch arms without ever using any kind of artificial, illegal, or unnatural substance in my life. Not only have I never used these products, I don’t believe in them or recommend them to anyone. The results you get from taking shortcuts are not sustainable for building solid muscle or healthy for the body (there many side effects). As a natural bodybuilder, I am solely focused on healthy muscle building through a balanced diet and organic protein, for starters. I believe this is essential if you wish to preserve your arm muscles for decades into the future.
It doesn’t matter if you’re just starting out building your arms or have already experienced some level of success, it is possible to grow massive biceps and triceps through natural techniques. In this interview, I share what I have personally done to achieve my 18-inch arms and the various factors involved in my arm growth. Although I cannot guarantee you will experience the same results from these techniques and tips, I hope you will gain a better understanding of how natural arm growth is possible - even on a limited budget.
