The Book of Attunements

Energy goes where directed. We are always creating or further fortifying pathways in our subtle (deep) minds which influence our experiences on mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical levels. Perception is subjective, and focus is power. When you forge new pathways with conscious intent, you create realities.

Energy patterns aid the mind, spirit, and body by implementing a framework that inner forces can follow – like names or roads. Many of us are on auto-pilot on even the deepest levels and benefit from traditions and habits (healthy ones) that help us to direct our consciousness. But we're a largely conditioned people accustomed to having our minds governed - Government is translated as “Governed Mind (mente)” - and will have to “prove” to ourselves that we can actually trust our intuitions, manifesting abilities, and telepathic reception/projection.
