Consideration of draft report: EIB 2023 Annual Report

On 17 March 2025, CONT Members considered the own-initiative draft report on the control of the financial activities of the European Investment Bank (EIB) - annual report 2023.
The draft report reviews the EIB's financial operations in respect of all the 2023 key priorities (sustainable investments in climate and environment, development, innovation and skills, small and medium-sized enterprises, infrastructure and cohesion), the activities of the recently operational EIB Global and assesses the Bank's business model against integrity, transparency and accountability requirements.
