The Board of Directors of Digital Magics S.p.A., a certified and listed business incubator (symbol: DM) on the EGM – Euronext Growth Milan market, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana, today approved the strategic partnership with Libera Università internazionale degli studi sociali Guido Carli (“Luiss”), which provides for the subscription of a reserved capital increase of euro 2.5 million, through which Luiss will be a significant shareholder.
