Triple H: 'You would have to not pay attention at all to see that happening and not run with it'

Triple H on Jey Uso:

It's a process, not a moment. There might be a moment where we thought something was happening, but it is things over time. Everyone saw somethign different with Jey in the Bloodline story.
Sometimes I see people talk about Jey and they say the yeet guy doing his yeet thing. What he is doing is he sees something that is him that resonated with people and caught on.
I know him, I see him and how he is with fans. When he is out there, he is vibing with those people. They believe in him, he believes in them. You would have to not pay attention at all to see that happening and not run with it.
04:26

Triple H: 'Any little thing that happens changes things'

Triple H:

It's impossible to tell anyone the process because there are so many cogs in it. As you begin to put this event together, any little thing that happens changes things.
This build was a lot longer so it was a different kind of build. Individual matches are like an individual song. The songs are great, but you hear bands talk about the album. Each match comes together to make an album and there are a lot of factors that go into making the album.
It is about crafting an album start to finish and eveything has a reason why it's there. And them some have a reason why they are not there. Two minutes after the air, someone is going to hand me Monday night RAW. If you don't have a plan for the other side of WrestleMania, you have really messed up. You have to have things for the other side.
04:22

Triple: 'WrestleMania is like a big family'

Triple H on his Hall of Fame induction:

It's hard to put into words. That's the most important thing. My parents are there, my kids, Seph, my friends, then I am sat in a room of 200 talent that almost all of them I have some type of really emotional connection to. I have watched them grow.
To see them all sat in a crowd, have them there... I heard from so many sending me congratulations. It feels all like family, it is one of the things I love about what we do. WrestleMania is like a big family, 61,000 people here to love to product.

Triple H: 'They are three of the best in the world'

Triple H:

The main event, I don't know where to start. If you are CM Punk and you wait your whole life to be in the main event, that made that wait worth while. It was through and through an main event with three of the best in the world. They are the absolute best, trying to show that.

04:12

Triple H: 'Phenomenal, popular, impressive'

Triple H:

I thought we had a fantastic show. The pacing was great, the stage was incredible. We are all about engagement with fans so having them as a part of it felt right to me.
New Day solidified themselves as one of the greatest tag teams of all time. Rey Fenix did a phenomenal job of putting him on the map. El Grande Americano, whoever he is, is incredible. Jade and Naomi, I love seeing people figure out the situation on the fly. New character for Naomi, she's very excited about it.
LA Knight so popular and Jacob Fatu is right there with him and a monster and that is going to go a long way. Gunther Jey was everything it needed to be. Funny that I judge a lot of how people perform differently in wins and losses - the pros to me perform the best sometimes in a loss. In that loss, sometimes you come out in a better place, Gunther showed why he is one of the best in the world and Jey Uso, when you have that many people going crazy like that, it's an impressive thing. Toffany-Charlotte was a helluva fight, I hope they are both OK.

More from Becky Lynch

She really did love the main event.

Will Becky herself appear tomorrow? Quite possibly.

03:59

Triple H arrives at the press conference

The boss has arrived. He's doing the usual thank yous, so we will await any meaningful words until that's done.

I imagine he will be the last person to speak publicly.

He does, tough, think that the attendance will be bettered tomorrow.

03:54

More to learn ahead of tomorrow

Why the astrisk you ask? And the question marks?

Bayley was seemingly hurt earlier today. In storyline - she's not injured. But it looks as though Lyra Valkyria will have a new opponent tomorrow night. Becky Lynch, anyone?

Elsewhere, Kevin Owens was supposed to be facing Randy Orton, but he will go for neck surgery. So Orton will instead issue an open challenge.

03:50

WrestleMania Night Two card

As we work out way through the press conference, here's a reminder of what's in store for tomorrow night in the form of seven more matches.

  • Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez vs Lyra Valkyria and Bayley*
  • Iyo Sky vs Bianca Belair vs Rhea Ripley
  • AJ Styles vs Logan Paul
  • Bron Breakker vs Penta vs Dominik Mysterio vs Finn Balor
  • Randy Orton vs ???
  • Damian Priest vs Drew McIntyre
  • Cody Rhodes vs John Cena
03:42

Stratton: 'She was my dream opponent and feud'

Tiffany Stratton:

I don't want to get emotional but she was my dream opponent and feud. The story wrote itself. It hasn't set in yet. My face is a little beat up - but I feel amazing and I am going to make this title reign the best of my life.
We are looking like a broken down barbie write now. I feel beat up emotionally and physcially. It is hard for me to feel emotion after matches but I am coming down now and I feel like I went through the fight of my life.

03:37

Cargill: 'My husband helped me deal with stellar moments'

Jade Cargill:

It feels great. I got my revenge. I have been out for a while. I was nervous - but you have to go out and do it. And I did it.
I have never been in front of a crowd so alive. How late is it? I had nerves coming out, but hearing the crowd and going out there wakes you up and makes you want to put on the best match.
The crown wears heavy for all of us. If you can't go out there and do your job, it isn't for you. My husband helped me deal with stellar moments. No one out there is going to tell me who I am or what I am about.

03:31

Becky Lynch has her say

Becky Lynch - WWE star and wife of Rollins - has had her say on tonight's main event.

She liked what she saw.

03:28

Uso: 'Nothing has sunk in'

Jey Uso:

My turn. Ain't nothing sunk in. When I got the strap, I said I was good. I wanted to take some time off, but it's all good. It was a long week, made it to Saturday, beat Gunther. Trying to be present like Christmas.
Internet, soak it in, because this is it right here. Two-time world shocker. I didn't know Jimmy was going to be there. But he should have dressed up a little bit more.

03:24

CM Punk refuses to comment

The post-show is live on YouTube now, and Punk just no-commented back stage.

We are expecting a press conference soon. Not sure who will speak, but we will bring you all the coverage.

03:21

What next for Rollins and Heyman?

Saw this on socials earlier. It's even more relevant now.

Seth has dressed like The Rock, acted like The Rock and now entered like The Rock.

Is there anything in it? Maybe, maybe not. But I am interested to see if it plays a part tomorrow.

A group of Cena, Rollins, The Rock and Heyman? Yes please.

03:13

WrestleMania Night One results

Alex has pinned all the results in detail with a bit of analysis here or below.

Just catching my breath. What an ending. It did somewhat save the night - but I think I'm OK with that.

03:02

Rollins and Heyman leave together

I had a hunch before, but an alliance between Rollins and Heyman is not something I ever truly thought I would see until I saw it with my very eyes.

Heyman holds Rollins' hand in the air.

They leave the ring togerther. Reigns and Punk on the floor in the ring.

I love it. What a main event.

02:58

Breaking:SETH ROLLINS BEATS CM PUNK AND ROMAN REIGNS

Heyman sits in the corner. Rollins kissed a chair and leathers Reigns with it, just as he did all those years ago.

Stomp. One, two, three. Rollins wins.

Unreal.

02:57

PAUL HEYMAN ALIGNS WITH SETH ROLLINS

Reigns tees up the chair shot on Rollins, HEYMAN HITS REIGNS WITH THE LOW BLOW!!!

PAUL HYEMAN ALIGNS WITH SETH ROLLINS!!!

02:55

Heyman turns on Punk!

GTS to Rollins. Spear to Punk. Stomp to Reigns. Everyone is down.

Heyman is going to get a chair... who is he giving it to?

He shakes his head at Reigns and gives it to Punk!!!

Heyman then enters the ring... and a low blow to Punk!

He's gutted but Reigns is laughing. 'You made me do it,' he shouts. The chair is presented to Reigns, who unloads on Punk.

02:52

Main event flying!

In story, that is mental. Put through a table and speared, yet kicking out.

Reigns' facial expressions are class.

He now looks to choke out Punk in front of Heyman. Punk then locks in the vice. Heyman is in tears.

In comes Rollins and the screen goes black as he shows a middle finger to Punk.

Punk stomps Reigns. GTS to Rollins. Kick out.

02:47

THROUGH THE TABLES!

Punk's facial expressions are great.

He goes for another GTS. Rollins hits the pedigree. Kick out.

'You're without me, you're without Mox, you're without your Bloodline,' Rollins says.

He asks Reigns for an alliance. Reigns nods. Calls for a powerbomb and Reigns looks down. Shield callback?

HERE WE GO! Rollins picks Punk up - oh, no, Reigns slaps Rollins in the face and powerbombs Punk through the table himself!

HE THEN PUTS ROLLINS THROUGH THE OTHER TABLE!

SPEAR TO ROLLINS! KICK OUT!

02:43

Two big kick outs!

Reigns lands a superman punch but Punk counters and locks in a submission. Rollins breaks it up with a frog splash on both men.

Rollins debates which man to take out. Goes for Punk. Reigns spears Punk. Falls into the pedigree and stomp. Reigns kicks out!

Reigns spears Rollins. GTS to Reigns. Reigns kicks out again!

02:36

Punk mocks Reigns

Netflix I believe is bleeping some swearing, with the fight now outsdie the ring on the concrete by some of the chairs.

Reigns clearing the Spanish announce table now. I hope we get a Shield callback at some point.

Both Reigns and Punk are enjoying periods of dominance. I'm sure Rollins' time will come too. Punk also mocks Reigns' battle cry.

Time to put my pizza in, I think.

02:29

A fast start to the main event

Punk lets out a huge smile as the bell rings. He lives for this.

He then rolls out the ring and asks Heyman for some 'wisdom'. Mocking Reigns. Good storytellng.

Quite physical eary on outside the ring.

02:25

And finally, Punk

A nice video package for Punk before his entrance.

Living Color are playing him - and Paul Heyman - out.

Seeing Punk and Heyman side by side again is so weird. That said, I'd be willing to wager they don't leave together.

This is Punk's WrestleMania since 2013. Last year, in his first since his comeback, he was injured. Today he is fit and fighting.

And we are underway!

02:16

Reigns follows

Roman Reigns is out next - alone. Something we have rarely seen.

Ula fala on, but no Bloodline and no wiseman. And no title. But there are snaps of his family behind him which is nice.

Reigns is of course related to the likes of The Rock, Jey Uso, Rikishi. The Anoa'i family.

He is about to main event WrestleMania for the 10th time.

02:11

Rollins out first

Expecting some big - and long - entrances here.

Seth is out first. He's carrying a flame thrower. As you do.

He goes from all black to white with shades. The angel and the devil. What a star.

02:07

Main event up next!

The Hall of Fame class of 2025 take to the stage and Triple H is out last. He shakes everyone else's hand before doing his famous water spray and launching a lidless bottle into the crowd. Someone just got wet.

We have one match left and it's the main event! Rollins. Reigns. Punk.

Hard to call - the main storyline is Paul Heyman. Reigns' wiseman, but in Punk's corner. But who does he align with tonight?

02:00

'Just like we told you'

We're reminded of last night's Hall of Fame ceremony and the inductees. Lex Luger, Triple H among those.

Some more social media bits are going around, too, including some of the new champions.

01:54

Breaking:Stratton retains - but at what cost?

For all the talk of this being a certain outcome. Stratton not being ready. Flair being inevitable. These two put on a show tonight.

It was the prettiest moonsault ever that got the job done, but it didn't come without pain. Stratton wasn't bleeding, but had a huge mark on her head and her teeth were a bit mashed up.

A big win for her. And the first retainment tonight. A good match.

01:51

Breaking:TIFFANY STRATTON BEATS CHARLOTTE FLAIR

Both women on the top rope now and Flair hits natural selection from the top rope!

I think Stratton is bleeding!

OH MY! STRATTON WINS!

I love it.

01:48

Crowd getting behind Stratton

'Show me what you've got,' Flair shouts.

The crowd has been quite quiet tonight but they are getting behind Stratton here.

Charlotte now holding her knee and Stratton targeting it.

Charlotte is also looking at Stratton's knee too, though, It will ultimately lead to the figure eight.

Knees up to block a moonsault. Good fun this!

01:40

A passing of the torch?

A lot of boos for Charlotte. Real heat.

This really is the master vs the apprentice. Not in a mentor kind of way, but in a passing of the torch kind of way.

Stratton is 25. Flair 39. Styles are similar and they look the same - even their gear.

A good start to this one. Charlotte on top right now.

01:34

Exclusive:Heated rivals face off

How good is Alicia Taylor, by the way? I thought we would miss Samantha Irvin, but Taylor has done a sensational job of stepping up.

Very personal, this one. I mentioned the realtionship stuff earlier.

As this one breaks out into a proper scrap, allow me to share this chat Alex had with Charlotte a couple of weeks ago. It was before the divorce jibe, but after that awkward promo battle. Click here or below to read it.

01:28

It's Tiffy time!

A very cool entrance from Stratton. She uses a Proto Hologram stunt - the first time Proto has been used at a WWE event.

Proto is the original hologram communications and AI spatial compute platform in use in finance, healthcare, education, retail, entertainment and sports. The technology allows people to 'beam' anywhere in the world - and Stratton does just that, with the aim to create confusion over which box was truly her.

A few combat sports have used Proto in the past - such as when UFC CEO Dana White made an AI Hologram of himself for Noche UFC at Sphere, Las Vegas.

A few woos before Charlotte arrives - she pulls up in a Rolly Royce in a mammoth gown.

01:22

Charlotte Flair challenges Tiffany Stratton next

Shawn Michaels, who was at the Hall of Fame last night and then ran NXT's Stand and Deliver earleir, announces there are 61,467 fans at WrestleMania tonight.

Tiffany Stratton defends the WWE women's championship against Charlotte Flair next. Only two matches left now! But they should be two big ones.

01:15

World Heavy-yeet Champion

New merch, anyone?

01:11

Breaking:EL GRANDE AMERICANO BEATS REY FENIX

There's a Dana White sighting as Rey Fenix makes his entrance. WWE and UFC under the same umbrella with TKO now, of course.

My word - what a move from Gable. A 540 from the top rope results in a near-fall, before he tries to remove Fenix's mask.

He reaches for the metal plate to put in his mask. Something he has been using.

Fenix now hurt (not actually hurt). He kicked the metal plate... now the ankle lock.

El Grande Americano then hits a flying headbutt and wins. Fair enough.

00:59

El Grande Americano in action against Rey Fenix next

If you're not up to date with the El Grande Americano story, it's a unique one. It's Chad Gable in a mask, basically - he went away to learn the art of lucha libre and came back like *this*.

He was, of course, meant to face Rey Mysterio - the greatest luchador of all time, but Rey Fenix, who only recently joined the company, has stepped in after Mysterio suffered an injury.

A classical entrance for Americano in Vegas. Lots of masks, violins and guitars.

00:56

'He will be a WrestleMania main eventer'

Fatu is the truth - trust me on that. He will be a WrestleMania main eventer and everything we’ve heard from those inside WWE is that they’re staggered with not only how good he is, but just how fast he’s connected with the fans.

00:54

Jacob Fatu stands tall

A good showing from both men there. Haku comes out to congratulate the Samoan Warewolf - who is, of course, part of that wrestling family.

It was going to go one of two ways - either Solo Sikoa cost Fatu, or WWE strapped the rocket to Fatu and ran with it. It was the latter.

Really excited for this reign. It's Fenix vs El Grande Americano up next!

00:49

Breaking:JACOB FATU BEATS LA KNIGHT

Here comes Fatu with his corner charges... then a swanton.

Fans exchange 'let's go Fatu' and 'LA Knight'.

Oh! Knight catches Fatu with a BFT from a top rope moonsault! That is impressive! But Fatu gets his hand onto the rope.

If Knight was going to win it, you feel it would have been then.

This time he hits the moonsault. And another. We have a new United States champion!

00:46

Both stars impressing

Knight goes for an early BFT and there's a nice moment that sees Fatu stare into his eyes as he blocks it.

Both stars going on the attack, which is nice to see. Fatu does keep pulling his trousers up, though. And some really late kick outs from him.

The best match of the night so far for me.

00:38

United States title on the line

Solo Sikoa joins Fatu for his entrance, with the latter wearing a pretty freaky warewolf mask.

LA Knight is then driven to the stage in a very nice car. I don't really know my four-wheelers unless it has a spoiler and whips round a track, but Wade Barrett tells us it's a Maserati.

Another hard one to predict, this. WWE either pull the trigger on Fatu or go in a different direction in terms of storyline. But excited for it either way.

00:31

LA Knight vs Jacob Fatu up next

This one I'm looking forward to. Oh yes.

A few strings to this, but two of my favourite stars here.

The build has been a bit short perhaps. But I don't care. LA Knight is one of the biggest entertainers and best talkers in the promotion, and Jacob Fatu is a generational talent just getting started.

It'll be a good match between two fan-favourites. Others could get involved, but I am all in on this. Can't wait.

00:25

Breaking:JADE CARGILL BEATS NAOMI

Things start off with Jade pouncing on Naomi and trying to smash her face in. Naomi goes for the eyes.

I always thought the absence of Bianca Belair in this was a bit odd, considering she was part of the team, saw Cargill smash her friend's face in and then entered the title picture. Could she have been involved in the match? Maybe.

Some good wrestling going on here, with Jade showing off some impressive strength to catch Naomi and turn it into a jackhammer.

A powerbob comes from the electric chair, and finishes with Jaded! A good showing from Cargill, if not for some clunky moments here and there.

00:15

Triple H: 'You cannot teach what Jey Uso has'

Naomi is first out and there's then a bit of a weird entrance for Jade, which starts with a green screen weather report saying a storm is coming - of course Jade's theme.

Anyway, this one is underway.

A nice post from Triple H on X following Uso's title win, too.

00:09

Jade Cargill vs Naomi up next

A non-title women's matc his up next - which is really imporant.

Jade Cargill takes on Naomi. These two were team-mates last year, but now enemies.

It turns out that Naomi attacked Jade and they have been at each other's throats ever since. Jade is the up-and-coming talent, but Naomi is the experienced head. She has been fantastic in this new role.

I expect Jade will win, but it could well go either way.

00:05

Breaking:The New Day are 13-time tag team champions

The New Day sprint out of the ring with their belts and up to the stage. They really are embracing these roles.

Anyway, the tag titles change hands and rightly so, I think. The new New Day have a fair amount of momentum and the titles did need to change hands.

They are now 13-time champions. Looking forward to seeing what they do next.

00:02

Breaking:The New Day beat The War Raiders!

The crowd is picking up, mainly in thanks to a stunning performance from Ivar, who is weirdly athletic for a man as big.

A Dommsday-sault sees Ivar nearly land in nasty fashion as he slips on the top rope, but luckily he's OK. That could have been nasty.

The champions go for the war machine but Kofi interferes - think we may be in the build-up to the end now.

Woods stomps from the top rope. Cover. New Day are champions!

23:55

Tag title match underway

The New Day's challenge for the world tag titles is underway.

Things have quietened down a bit. There was some debate over whether this bout should have been on the card, given the other tag titles didn't make it an arguably had more of a build.

Anyway, it is, and I do expect The New Day to win here. Unless Big E costs them, for whatever reason.

23:47

Exclusive:The War Raiders vs The New Day up next

Criss Angel and George Kittle are in the crowd. Cool.

The tag title match is up next. A bad, baaaaad New Day.

If you aren't up to date with it, The New Day used to be a three-person team, before Big E legit broke his neck. They stayed as a three for a long time - 10 years overall, to be exact - until Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods turned on E.

Now they are bad guys. I spoke to Kingston about the ordeal a couple of weeks back. Link here or below to read!

23:42

'You can’t deny 60,000 people yeeting their hearts out'

Whatever the internet seems to think about Uso and his credentials as a world champion, the reaction in the stadium was very strong and you can’t deny 60,000 people yeeting their hearts out.
The crowd’s joy at Jey embracing his brother Jimmy - whom he faced at the same event just one year earlier - really tied together Jey’s journey nicely.
Once Uso was picked to win the Rumble and challenge Gunther, a win was the only thing that would have made it all worth it. It’s a great moment, it’s on WWE and Jey to make sure it’s more than that.
23:37

Jey Uso is world champion!

It happened! WWE pulled the trigger!

Jey Uso goes from tag team specialist to world champion. There will be a lot of proud family members right now.

Not the greatest in ring, but one of the most over stars there are right now. It's just the second legit singles loss Gunther has faced on the main roster - the other at last year's WrestleMania.

It was the sleeper - Gunther's usual move - that did for the Ring General.

If you're going to back popularity - that's what it looks like.

Jimmy Uso, Jey's brother, is in the ring too. Crying. Emotional!

Jey leaves via the crowd, Jimmy alongside him. A feel-good start to the show.

23:35

Breaking:JEY USO BEATS GUNTHER

The duo exchange blows. Yeet. Boo. You know how it goes.

A powerbomb from Jey, thye a super kick... a frog splash is coming...

He gets two in. Then a sleeper! GUNTHER TAPS!!!! YEET!

23:31

Gunther uses a weapon!

Gunther is pulling out the big moves too, to be fair. A powerbob from him, but Jey kicks out at two.

A second spear - a frog spalsh... pin... kick out.

Gunther has taken his belt and wants to go. Funny.

Oh, he hits Jey with the belt! Splash! Kick out!

Sleeper now... we are near the end.

23:27

Uso pulling out the big moves early

A slow start to this one, as expected. Gunther is a very good technical wrestler. Jey isn't quite as good, but he's also quite slow in terms of style and the underdog here, so much of the match will focus on him taking a beating and trying to rally.

A spear from Jey early! Gunther kicks out.

It really is a hard one to call. Jey is 0-6 in world title matches and 0-3 against Gunther - a storyline they are playing on.

23:22

Exclusive:Gunther did NOT want to face Jey Uso

A bit of a comedown for Gunther's entrance. The Ring General. A real clash of personalities, let's say.

As this match gets underway, I will plug my chat with the Austrian in the early days of the build to this match. I got the feel that he genuinely did not want to face Jey.

Click here or below to read it!

23:14

Jey Uso makes his entrance

Jey Uso is first out, and there are 60,000 fans yeeting. If you don't know wrestling, you will have absolutely no idea what that means.

There are cheerleaders from and NFL side - I won't lie, I didn't catch which one, but Eric tells me they are from Las Vegas Raiders. The NFL team that play in the stadium, which would make absolute sense. The Raiderettes, they are called.

There are also a lot of flags reading 'yeet' and Pat McAfee is on the table. Uso is kitted out in blue and gold and making his entrance through the crowd.

23:10

'Monstrous ovation for CM Punk'

Monstrous ovation for CM Punk arriving as the cameras show all three of the main eventers entering the Allegiant Stadium. Flanked by Paul Heyman, of course.
The only thing louder than that ovation was the boos that followed for Charlotte Flair!

23:08

Exclusive:Yeet

A realy interesting match first up.

Jey Uso was one of the most shocking Royal Rumble winners of all time at the start of the year, and fans were unsure if he was worthy of that spot.

For me, he was and is. I think the build up to his match with Gunther has been extremely underrated. And I can't call the result, either.

Alex spoke to Jey about his Royal Rumble win - and his pitch to work with The Rock! Read it here or below.

23:06

WrestleMania is here!

We are underway!

Michael Cole introduces us to the show, while we see arrivals from the likes of Reigns, Seth Rollins and Punk.

Triple H - one of the latest Hall of Famers and WWE boss - narrates the opening pictures and then enters the stadium, greeting more than 60,000 fans inside the stadium.

'Vegas is about to find out how real this s*** can get,' he says.

Jey Uso vs Gunther is first up.

'£50,000 a seat!'

There are seats on the elaborate stage hooked up by On Location believed to be worth in and around £50k a seat.
It’s a hell of a view and a matter of yards away from the talent when they come out - they’ll just have to dodge pyro on the upper tier!

WWE acquires AAA

News coming out of WWE literal minutes before the star is that the company have aquired AAA.

If you haven't heard of it, AAA is a lucha libre wrestling promotion which was founded in Mexico in 1992. Now, it will be under the stewardship of the biggest wrestling company in the world.

Big, big news.

Exclusive:The New Day on Jey Uso

The commentators are just arriving inside the Allegiant Stadium - I would recognise that Pat McAfee theme anywhere.

Here's a line based on three stars in action tonight: Jey Uso and The New Day.

Alex caught up with the latter yesterday to discuss Jey's world title match tonight - which we believe will open the show.

The New Day and The Usos were once great rivals, and it seems they are somewhat again with the former's new attitude. Click here or below to read!

Big E: 'I am so bummed for Rey'

Big E, WWE superstar:

I am so bummed about the news with Rey, but we have a really cool Rey to replace the other Rey.
He is such an incredible performer - a man I have been a fan of for a number of years now. We have a lot of moving parts, but it will be incredible.

The WrestleMania stage

Stage reveals for WrestleMania are always a big thing, and I am liking the look of this year's.

The stages have been a little drawn-back under Triple H, but 'Mania is the time to go all out, and the big reveal was done last night after plenty of leaks from the building of it.

What a spectacle. I'm sure some pretty cool entrances will go with it tonight.

Star to MISS WrestleMania through injury

Rey Mysterio is, unfortunately, out of WrestleMania.

He was due to face El Grande Americano (Chad Gable to some), but has had to pull out after some unfortunate events last night.

He has revealed his replacement - and it makes things a little interesting.

Exclusive:CM Punk talks Roman Reigns

While we're on the topic...

Alex caught up with CM Punk recently to discuss all things WWE since his dramatic return that night at Survivor Series.

We all know about his relationship - or lack of - with previous leadership, but life appears good for him under Triple H. And tonight, he fulfils his lifelong dream of main eventing a WrestleMania.

He spoke about Reigns - one of his two opponents tonight - at length. Click here, or below, to read!

10 down - more to go?

It is, Roman. And he did.

Roman Reigns, title or not, is arguably the biggest star WWE have right now. Cody Rhodes would like a word, sure, but Reigns' star power is mega. A future three-time Hall of Famer.

He main events WrestleMania for the 10th time tonight. The man who did it twice last year, and who is part of the biggest storyline going into tonight.

It's a shame he's not around more, but we are lucky to have him.

Exclusive:Ludwig Kaiser breaks silence on Charlotte Flair dig

Now feels a good a time as any to share the first exclusive Alex has picked up in Vegas this week.

He spoke to Ludwig Kaiser - who doesn't have a match on the card, by the way - about his name coming up in a recent segment involving Tiffany Stratton and Charlotte Flair.

The promo battle descended into chaos when Stratton brought up Charlotte's real-life realtionship history, and her opponent for tonight responded by saying Kaiser - who is Stratton's boyfriend - is in her DMs. I know.

The man himself has now spoken to Alex to give his verdict on the saga. Read that by clicking here or below!
