75th VIOTTI: VOICES TAKE THE LEAD

Welcome to the Singing Competition 2025

We welcome the new edition of the Viotti International Music Competition dedicated to vocality and one of its most beloved performing art, opera singing.

The Viotti Singing Competition, in the crowded world of musical competitions, can boast a roll of honor among the richest of international music stars. Suffice it to mention, among competitors, Mirella Freni, Luciano Pavarotti, Piero Cappuccilli, Raina Kabaivanska, Luis Alva, Renato Bruson, Leo Nucci, Sumi Jo, Luca Salsi and, in recent times, Veronica Simeoni, Christina Mkhitaryan, Vassilissa Berezenskaya, Konstantin Krimmel, Jihoon Son.

The competition is open to singers of all nationalities who are under 32 years of age. The deadline to apply is July 13, 2025.

The Viotti 2025 Competition will be held at the Teatro Civico in Vercelli from October 11 to 18, 2025.
