Cloetta’s long-term goal is a dividend payout of more than 50 per cent of profit for the year.
The AGM 2025 approved the proposed dividend of SEK 1.10 (1.00) per share for the 2024 financial year, corresponding to a total amount of SEK 314,671,948. The record day for the dividend was set for Monday, 14 April 2025. The payment is expected to be distributed through Euroclear Sweden AB on Thursday, 17 April 2025.
Neither the Swedish Companies Act nor Cloetta’s Articles of Association contain any restrictions regarding the right to dividends for shareholders outside Sweden. Aside from any limitations related to banking or clearing activities in the affected jurisdictions, payments to foreign shareholders are carried out in the same manner as to shareholders in Sweden.
