Providing city views, Beppu Kannawa Onsen HIROMIYA is located in the Kannawa Onsen district of Beppu, 26 km from Resonac Dome Oita and 5.5 km from Beppu Station. veryveryvery friendly staff! the owner lady is a brilliant person and helping you with any stupid tourist questions:) We had a japanese style room,.it has comfy matrasses (technically beds without legs), very spacious room! The place is in the middle of the onsen area which is a very nice neighborhood, some restaurants around, and its right opposite to a traditional and special onsen where some discount applies! also only a few minutes walk from the public bath house. Parking available 50m away, the house has two spots. I definitely recommend staying here!!

Situated in Yufu and only 48 km from Resonac Dome Oita, Assi House features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. The cutest bnb with the cutest cat and the kindest host! Room was awesome, I had the Japanese style room with the garden view/patio, it was very spacious and comfortable, there's even a massage chair! The bathroom and onsen facilities were great, was clean and had everything you needed. Location was good, maybe 6mins to town, 15/20min to the village. It's a small town so easy to walk everywhere. Lawsons is next door and a bbq place around the corner which I didn't get a chance to try out. Kitchen is well stocked especially if you just want to eat something at the hotel (I couldn't find an izakaya that had space for walk ins - it was Sunday). Price is very reasonable!

Attractively situated in the Yufuin Onsen district of Yufu, Ryokan Fukinoya is situated 2.7 km from Kinrinko Lake, 25 km from Beppu Station and 37 km from Oita Station. Ryokan Fukinoya is an exceptionally wonderful place to stay. The staff members were very gracious, the meals were amazing, and the accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. We loved our private onsen. We can't rave enough about Ryokan Fukinoya, definitely a highlight of our trip!

Boasting an open-air bath, garden and views of mountain, Ikkoten is situated in Yufu, 50 km from Resonac Dome Oita. This ryokan offers free private parking and full-day security. The atmosphere of this Ryoken was amazing. The staff, food, and private bath were 10/10. My wife and I are vegetarians, so food was abit difficult to coordinate. At the end, we only had breakfast(vegetarian) and had to skip dinner. In spit of that though we will most definitely visit again.

But everything else is perfect!

Situated in Hita in the Oita region, Sanso Tensui features accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a hot spring bath. This was an actual 10/10 stay. The hotspring baths are amazing, the rooms are beautiful, the staff goes above and beyond and the food is quite the experience. If you come here i would also recommend checking out the bar. The bartender is very nice and made us some amazing cocktails. I can recommend his "rose petal mojito".
