Average. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom needs updating. The ‘child-sized’ toilet needs to be replaced. It is way too low and small, the toilet seat was held together with only one bolt and would slide side to side, and lastly the flushing handle was hanging on by a thread. Also I killed 2 centipedes in the bathroom. (Probably a good idea to spray occasionally in that small area that holds a tub and toilet.)

See above. Both of the 2 days we ate breakfast they were out of food by 8:50. First day no gravy for the biscuits, and the 2nd day there was no meat with the eggs. By the time people were eating their eggs 2 links of sausage appeared and disappeared. Finally fare sausage patties appeared about 9:10. Both days when the yogurt was gone before 9 am , it was no refilled. .

It was disgusting and dirty. No way is it at all like the pictures displayed, tried to bring to manager and they did nothing.

The camper trailer was not what was advertised. It was in horrible shape and it was filthy. I told the owner the van was filthy and he responded with, “Can you be more specific?” I sent him pictures of the black grim down the back door, the silverware drawer, which clearly had never been cleaned as it was full of roach feces, soda spilt everywhere, disgusting mattress, floors dirty… I could go on and on. Took us two hours to cleaning the van so we could stay in it because he said they do not have one of the vans featured on their webpage There were several drawers broken and non-operational. The gray water was not empty from the last renter so it smelled like a porta potty. The air conditioner was ripped off the top and non-functioning. He said your in Oahu you don’t need an air conditioner. I reached out to the owner several times with pictures and he gave me nothing but excuses, “oh we were busy and the cleaning slipped through the cracks.” and ended my trip with a long text filled with excuses, and then proceeded to tell me that I was rude because I was unsatisfied with the bait and switch product he rented to me. I asked for one night free and no cleaning fee since we cleaned it. This was his response. Summary, it was operational, even though the check engine light was on and the gray water cap kept falling off. One of the text from the owner: In my experience,the businesses and customers who treat each other as friends do the best in the long run. So, as a friend I will tell you my honest opinion, since you have continued to dump your opinion on me for days, and it’s that I’m offended by your nasty and opinionated tone and assumptions. I have been nothing but nice, helpful, responsive and accommodating to your every demand, which IS the definition of good customer service. I’m not interested in long text disagreements, as those are usually reserved for teenagers.

The floors, bathroom mirror, bath foot mat, cloth covered chair, front of refrigerator and microwave were all subpae and dirty. Air conditioner filter was dirty. The air was not on in the room with no instructions how to operate located. The television was not easily operated. (I am tech savvy as well). It appears someone had a stay there more than a day. It was not clean for the price. Two doors away from our room there was a piece of what appeared to be furnace equipment. A lot of cigarette butter that had obviously been thrown out into the parking lot area.
