Really liked the surroundings where the grand Hotel is situated. Lots of bars and restaurants and a shopping centre. The hotel was very clean and updated with a luxurious feel to it but most importantly it's the Staff that make you feel like it's your home. The warm and friendly welcoming at reception makes our stay even more special so I'd like to say a Big Thank you to Abdullah Wahleed for taking good care of us by making sure we where more than comfortable. Nothing was too much to ask for in the middle of the night and making us feel better

Well located in a safe neighbourhood with the barons court underground station just a 5 min walk away, easily accessible by uber, very quiet locality and beautiful neighbourhood. Central London just couple of stops away by metro or a 15-20 min ride by uber. The apartment was clean and quiet, the host Mr Bogdan was very responsive and non intrusive at the same time. The coffee machine was excellent and the coffee beans provided was of top quality. I felt like staying in a very good hotel .

The Location is good, close to 2 tube stations, Queensway & Bayswater Station. There are many restaurants to choose just 1 block away. A short walking distance to Kensington Garden, Kensington Palace and Hyde Park. Good breakfast, many choices.

The room is located in the basement so you cannot open the window to get some fresh air. Only 1 table for putting the luggage, the 2nd luggage has to put on the floor. It is better to have extra rack for putting the luggage. Wi-fi is easy to cut out, have to re-connect frequently.

Location is poor. Very busy street with no parking. Facilities poorly maintained. The boiler broke down on Saturday morning and was not fixed till Saturday evening. Guests could not have their bath. Hence, couldn’t meet visit all the places scheduled for Saturday.
