Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and service! I started celebrating my birthday at the hotel before heading to the restaurant. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming, responding to all my requests politely and professionally. They even brought five pairs of slippers for my guests in the suite, even though they weren’t staying at the hotel. I’m beyond grateful for this thoughtful gesture.
