Great location and quiet (unusual for Seoul central). Great gym and restaurant for breakfast (although the breakfast is pretty expensive at 55,000 per person for a buffet. The decor is really very lovely.

Situated in Seoul, 300 metres from Jogyesa Temple, The Prima Hotel Jongno features accommodation with a fitness centre and private parking.

Pros: The hotel was just a 15-20 minute walk from Myeong-dong and only 5 minutes to Insa-dong. With several train stations and bus stops nearby, getting to other areas was very convenient. I highly recommend The Artist Bakery, located just a 15-minute walk away. We even walked to Gyeongbokgung Palace. The staff were friendly and accommodating, happy to assist with our requests. They even provided us with a printed map to the nearest convenience store. They also replenished our water bottles daily, one for each person, which we greatly appreciated. Cons: The beds were too firm for both of us. The room was consistently too warm, and while the air conditioning worked fine for heating, it didn’t seem to cool properly. Fortunately, it was cold outside, so we managed to maintain a somewhat comfortable temperature by keeping the windows open. However, even on the 8th floor, it was noisy with the window open. We had to keep the air conditioning on full blast to regulate the temperature, which made for a less-than-ideal sleep experience. The bathroom lights were too dim for applying makeup, and at times, we could hear the TV from neighboring rooms. We also had to contact the front desk occasionally to request more supplies like coffee etc. The Toilets are automatic which means it automatically flushes but does not have a manual button. Didn’t quite enjoy that experience. Considering that we spent most of our time outside, the hotel's price and its proximity to key attractions in the area made it a great choice. I would not hesitate to stay here again. I truly appreciated the staff's hospitality.

My sister and I had an amazing stay here for a week! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our experience even better. We also loved the location—it was conveniently close to the metro, the limousine bus stop, historic palaces, and so many delicious restaurants. It was the perfect place to stay, and we would definitely come back

    Wonderful location, easy to walk to many tourist sightseeing locations. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Hotel is near City Hall station (short walk away) so its easy to get to other places. 100% would stay again!

    The property was in a good location close to city hall station with lots of food options nearby. Dustin and another staff member checked us in and out during our stay and was exceptionally accomodating and even gave us delicious Korean cookies. They were helpful, polite and professional with a warm hospitable feel to them. They also offered amenities and very comfortable rooms for 2 people in 2 beds.

    The food at the restaurant was excellent.. not much on the menu, but the food was good.. Comfortable bed and pillows.. excellent location near Subway City Hall Station like 2 mins walk.. walkable distance to Namdaemun and Myeondong.. the front desk staff were so polite and helpful.. even the housekeeping lady.. when called for assistance to our room, they came within 10 mins.. very prompt.

    Location was convenient. Very close to City Hall Station. Both rooms were (Family Studio and Standard King Room) a good size. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. The staff were always willing to assist with any requests or questions we had. Liked that the coined laundry was 24hrs. The free mineral water each day was nice.

    Take the AREX Airport Express in Seoul, South Korea, from Terminal 1 (T1) to Seoul Station. Transfer to Subway Lines 1 or 2 and exit at City Hall Station, Exit 7. It's a 7-minute walk from there. Carrying large luggage can be inconvenient due to the many stairs along the way. The room I stayed in had an amazing view. The staff were very nice and welcoming.
