Everyone was very nice and helpful. They helped me get all my snowboarding gear and told me exactly where to go and what to do afterwards if nobody was there, very patient with us, especially with the language barrier. All in all great service would come to stay again.

Everything was excellent - we loved our room with a view of the gardens. It was very clean and tidy. The onsens were wonderful - we used the private onsens. The stone onsen is hotter than the wooden onsen. The onsens were very clean with all the amenities you may need. Breakfasts were amazing, dinner was delicious, and the waitstaff was very gracious and helpful. We had a great time. I was able to borrow boots for the hike to the snow monkey park. We were given yukatas and we enjoyed the entire experience. The guests were also very kind and friendly. There was a surprise concert in the lobby one evening - a young accordion player from Tokyo entertained us with Brazilian tango music - so civilized!
