An additional hot spring usage tax is applicable per person per night.
Guests who are paying with an American express credit card are required to provide the credit card's unique card code (CID) in the Special Request box at the time of booking.
Adult rates are applicable to children 6 years and older.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and available upon request.
You must check in by 19:00 to eat dinner at the property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.
A traditional Japanese full course will be prepared for guests with a half board inclusive plan and guests with an optional dinner.
